What is 2nd 40 to 420 - The Farm?

The Farm is a private club for members to meet in person & on-line to share their love of nature & specific the healing properties of plant medicine.  We have a core belief of "plants over pills".  We group together with like minded folks to share our time, talents, & passions.  We opened originally with listings on Airbnb, Cannavacays, & Hipcamping.  Our first battle with the town of Appomattox was April 18-2022, when .........

January 2024 (after much review of current building & zoning codes, we decided to close the public campground & instead open as a private club.

WE’RE A PRIVATE, MEMBERS-ONLY SOCIAL CLUB WITH GATHERINGS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR THAT FOCUS ON USING CANNABIS AS A CREATIVE AND SPIRITUAL TOOL TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY AND SELF-LOVE. AS A PRIVATE SOCIAL CLUB, WE ARE ABLE TO REMAIN LEGALLY COMPLIANT AS WE FACILITATE CANNABIS-INFUSED EXPERIENCES AND RETREATS FOR OUR MEMBERS.

  • NOTE: 2nd40 to 420 is a private membership-only social club, physically located on "The Farm" a privately owned & operated Hemp Farm.  We do not cultivate, possess, sell, or distribute cannabis (outside current VA legislation-see link for details). All cannabis consumption is done by recreational and medically legal cannabis consumers on private property in complete legal compliance with all local and state jurisdictions.
