What is 2nd 40 to 420 - The Farm?

The Farm is a private club for members to meet in person & online to share their love of nature & specifically, the healing properties of plant medicine. We have a core belief of "plants over pills."  We collaborate with like-minded folks to share our time, talents, & passions. 

We originally opened with listings on Airbnb, Bud&Breakfast, CannaVacays, & HipCamping, but we offer discounts for bookings made directly on our site!

We are a private, members-only social club with gatherings throughout the year that focus on using cannabis as a creative and spiritual tool to promote community and self-love. As a private social club, we are able to remain legally compliant as we facilitate cannabis-infused experiences and retreats for our members. Enjoy a beautiful weekend camping in nature, enjoying our amenities and member perks. Join us on our mission to educate on the healing nature all around us.

  • 2nd 40 to 420 is a private membership-only social club, physically located on "The Farm" a privately owned & operated hemp farm.  We do not cultivate, possess, sell, or distribute cannabis (outside current VA legislation - see link for details). All cannabis consumption is done by recreational and medically legal cannabis consumers on private property in complete legal compliance with all local and state jurisdictions.
